What an adventure! After working in communications, promoting French tourism, Paris, Lyon and Canada, Armelle Tardy-Joubert decided in 2018 to change her life and return to the cradle of her family: Anjou. She decided to settle in Béhuard. In this house that belonged to her godmother aunt and then to her parents. Here, the Loire is beautiful and this small village of 125 inhabitants, where she has spent her vacations since the age of 7, is a haven of peace.
Having had the idea of creating what was to become L'Audacieuse, Armelle decided to give herself the means of her ambition to delight her guests and become a chef. She spent several months at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Ecully, following a continuing education program, and obtained the title of "entrepreneur in catering". At the same time, Armelle obtained her CAP in cooking.
Today, she welcomes guests into her home and offers a cuisine that blends tradition and modernity. A generous, gourmet cuisine
