Restaurant

Quite an adventure! After communication, the promotion of French tourism, Paris, Lyon, Canada, Armelle Tardy-Joubert decided in 2018 to change her life and return to the cradle of her family: Anjou. It is in Béhuard that she decides to put down her suitcases. In this house which belonged to his godmother aunt and then to his parents. Here, the Loire is beautiful and this small village of 125 inhabitants in which she has spent her holidays since the age of 7 is a haven of peace.

After having had the idea of creating what would become Audacieuse, Armelle decided to give herself the means of her ambition to delight her guests and become a chef. So she went to the Paul Bocuse Institute in Ecully for several months to follow a continuing education program and obtained the title of restaurant entrepreneur. At the same time, Armelle obtains her CAP de cuisine.

Today she receives at her home and offers you a cuisine combining tradition and modernity. A generous and gourmet cuisine.
